I have just returned my second eee top et2002 to my retailer.
The unit will not connect to my network , once it is set up.
When I first set up the unit to automatically connect to my network , it does it the first time.
Then after restarting, it will not allow me to connect to my network again.
I just can't connect anymore.
I have been on the phone with their tech support and they can't figure it out.
I've installed new drivers on the first unit, and it was not fixed.
So I returned this one and got a second unit today
The same thing is happening.
Asus wants me to send it back to them AT MY EXPENSE!
No way, I will not get another one of these again.
My nextwork has never had any problems connecting dozens of wireless items!!!

Although I fully understand and even agree with your view on "sending the et2002 back at your expense" I also feel sorry for asus. It is not clear to me how it is posssible that they can make such high quality products for such low prices and not go into bankrupcy. I mean in general. I bought in 2008 and 2009 in total 5 eee's (2 laptops, 2 boxes and 1 top) and they all work more or less perfect.
