I'm using a combination of 0511 and SetFSB. Maybe I should try yours instead.

How do I set the Custom FSB? Mine is greyed out and says 165Mhz with a tick next to it. My Eee is running at 110Mhz FSB via SetFSB.

I didn't try it with 0511, only with 0401, 8804 and 0201 . However worst that can happen -- it won't work.
You can edit ini to add your freqs, something like this:
Freqs = 70,0,Stock; 80,0; 85,1,Medium; 95,1; 100,1,Full; 110,1,Even higher

Err, there is a major bug with the 0511 BIOS and this software. :S
I'll see if I can fix it.

Ok, it seems that there is a different FSB ratio (of 1 : 1.5).
e.g.
A 110MHz FSB (CPUz) = 165MHz FSB on your program
A FSB 46.7MHz (CPUz) = 70MHz FSB on your program etc.

It seems to work very nicely.
Can I enter a lower value in the ini file to underclock to around 500MHz without worrying about causing problems?

Yes, that takes me down to exactly 500MHz as reported by MobileMeter which is exactly what I wanted. I can also notice the difference in speed.
If I added eeeclock to my startup folder and set "SuspFreq = 55,0" would it start at that frequency every time I restarted the computer?
I'm going to keep track of the temperature and see if I will be able to safely disable the fan.

No, first of all, re-download eeeclock from the link in the first post, there was a bug and a frequency wasn't set at startup.
Then, add the frequency to the startup shortcut as an argument, something like this:
"C:\Program Files\eeeclock\eeeclock.exe" 55 0
SuspFreq is what to set before suspending to be able to resume later.

Crashed XP the first time I tried it at 60Mhz FSB and now it looks like I might have to reinstall. (Telling me that I have corrupt files in the system menu and I need to do a repair. Hope it works.)

What exact file you got corrupted? If you have XP(NOT Windows FLP) it all can be repaired.
I'll be honest, I don't have the exact file name, because it looked more like a directory. It was a secondary directory in the windows/system folder. Sorry, but I didn't write it down.
What happened was that I setup the ini file as suggested and tried to underclock to 60Mhz. When I clicked on the menu the screen immediately went crazy, turning into a bunch of pulsating colored blocks. I could get no response from any standard way of turning it off, so I removed the battery and rebooted. That's when windows told me that it could not start.
I'm in the middle of recovery right now and it seems to be going OK.
Stuff happens.
