There's one of the Taiwan version here:

... but according to another post, the US version is branded Logitech.

Its the same exact thing. It is corded. The cord wraps around the bottom then clips underneath.

Re: Picture of a mouse on 8G models?

I have a wireless little mouse that goes with me and my eeePC, and I prefer it over any wired mouse, but I know some folks here either don't mind the cord or may even prefer it. To each his/her own. smile

It's just this mouse: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Optical- … B0001LTT5K
Except it's white when you have a white 8G.

Why buy a £40 mouse when you get a free one with the EEE?

It sort of defeats the object of having a 'cheap laptop'.  I admit, I've been tempted by the VX Nano but i can't justify spending so much just because it has a smaller USB dongle!

When I got my EEE I wasn't expecting anything, not even a case - so  I was pleasantly surprised to unbox my EEE and find a decent and very useable mouse with it.  And I like the way it wraps around the lip and plugs into a little popper at the base - quite a novel idea.

So, they make black 8G's these days?
I thought only 2G in color, 4G black/white and 8G white?

You could be right, I haven't checked up on that in 1 month. Things have changed by then!

It's a black mouse, I'll show link to the pic

I agree. smile

It was expensive, but with all the functionality and the amazing scroll wheel, it was worth every penny.

Just my 2 cents.

Re: Picture of a mouse on 8G models?

I got my MX Revolution for free. A $99 value. Some guy from my boyfriend's work gave it to him, he likes his MX158 so he gave the Revolution to me. I think I'll use it on my Eee PC. Battery life on it is really long. I can use it for three days of 10-12 hour usage and then it'd need recharged.
