I would like to run GNUcash on this little pet. I use the ubuntu sources.list and find that I can install and run GNUcash 2.0, not the latest 2.2.1. Any idea on how to install the latest one?
Also, the font and window size is a bit too big. Any suggestion to modify it to fit into this little pet.
Thanx!
GNUcash

On a similar vein, there's a KDE based alternative I think. Can't remember what it is called. Anyway, you can try that if you have no luck configurung GNUCash.

Yes, the KMyMoney2 should be roughly the same. There is also an import function that makes KMyMoney take the data from gnucash. However, I have done much work and time in gnucash. So, I rather not risk.
I have gnucash 2.0 installed and it works great. The only thing worse is the size of the windows, which is always too big to fit in. But I notice that some built-in apps also have this problem. So, this is not because of gnucash. It should be the OS.

Could someone explain how you would install kmymoney? That is the program I use on my home machines, and it would be great to have on my eee.
