I am a new user. I assume that I must do something about anti-virus on this unit like any of my other desktop pcs or laptops...
With such limited storage space, what do people typically use? I was hoping to use the free Norton from Comcast.

If running windows Clam Win has a small footprint but does not offer real time monitoring.
If running linux, forget about av.

i never use AV. on any of my machines. yeah i know that doesnt help you, but i guess what im saying is be careful what you do and you wont have to worry.

if i do end up getting a virus, i usually remove it the dirty manual way. i do tend to make ghost images of my hard drives every once in a while.
