Hello!

I am facing the following problem with my Asus Eee PC 1004DN: every time I turn the unit into the outlet, through the power supply after a few minutes of use it crashes (the image freezes, keyboard, mouse nothing works). If I use only the battery without the power supply, it works normally. Sometimes it hangs at boot screen. Another source used in the device but the problem remains. The netbook is new, has only a few weeks of use. Once received from the store formated the same day (I removed the XP Home Edition and installed XP Professional). I'm thinking of resetting the CMOS. I wonder if there is a procedure to reset the netboos without opening the unit. Any suggestions?

Regards to all.
