Guys,

in the area where I live it is difficuilt to find the right cables.
Now I think to order one adaptor by the internet but I am not sure if this will work.

My LCD TV does not have a D-Sub VGA input. It has only Scart, HDMI, Component.
Earlier my old notebook was attached to the LCD by a S-Link cable to the Scart connector.

As the Eee 900 has only VGA output I think about something like this:

Remember that I only need the connection from netbook to TV because of movies.

Can someone help me with this?
Thanks
KC

no, this wont work, i have tried it and many others have.
You will need a converter box such as:

(just a random example)

If you plug in the cable, it simply wont work.

Unless your TV's VGA is PC compatible then it won't work. Eee PC's GMA doesn't support TV output signal...

So you need a converter...

You need one of these. It's low-def, but it works.
